Fathom Sites is Fathom Digital's platform for small, local businesses, starting in the Columbia River Gorge. We build a business a good-looking website for free, host it, and keep it current, so the owner gets the benefits of the web without having to manage any of it.
Why
Good websites and software have never been easier or cheaper to make. Yet the businesses that would gain the most are usually the last to get them, especially the farms, orchards, ranches and the shops that sell what they grow. The barrier isn't money. It's knowing what to ask for and who to trust. So we show up in person, do the work, and give the website away.
A working website is where it starts. From there, bookings, ordering and tools that save an owner time are a conversation away.
What it does
- Websites. We design, build and host a fast, modern website for each business, free, made from the business's own words and photos. Changes are made whenever the owner asks.
- Leads. Messages and phone taps from the website go straight to the business, with a weekly summary of where they came from.
- Client portal. Owners sign in at my.fathom.digital to update facts like hours and prices, ask for changes, and see their results.
- Local Google Ads. For businesses that want advertising, we set up and run a simple local campaign at no charge. The business pays only what the ads cost, with nothing added. We keep spend within the credit they have, and report cost, clicks and customers reached.
Why it uses Google Ads data
Fathom Sites connects to the Google Ads API with Google sign-in (OAuth) for one purpose: to manage advertising for our clients from Fathom Digital's own Google Ads manager account. It creates each client's ad account and campaign, reads daily spend and performance, pauses campaigns when a client's credit runs out, and shows each client its own results.
